| I am not sure why the logo is not appearing in IE but I can offer a little tip to help on promoting the forums.
A lot of times its hard to begin forums because users have no one to interact. This type of products by economists are called network externalities. This just means that the benefit of the product increases as more consumers use it. I think that to start a forum is very hard, and to help users see the benefit of chatting on your forums it has to look more active then it is. So my suggestion is to create fake accounts and have conversations with yourself. Further, its important to get anyone you know talking at the forum. You need to make the forum look as active as possible.
