I want to create a bookmarking website.
Hey guys, I want to start a bookmarking website, on some of my domains, just to increase traffic. I have the social bookmark website idea in mind, but I don't know what software people use on their websites. Any help would be appreicated.
Btw, what does qiel.com use?
