My site, Yarrt.com has over 150 games, and about 30 videos. That's quite a big gap. Where can I find some videos, preferably in SWF format, and free.

I'm going to be looking for some myself, but any extra help would be great.

Go To youtube find some amatuer videos or some funny ones that you do not think are copyrighted and use a youtube downloader like the one here: http://www.techcrunch.com/get-youtube-movie/

You would just type in the URL from youtube and download your movie you can then alter it to a .swf if it is not already by going and downloading Cam Studio 2.0 which can be downloaded at Source Forge. or from the website http://camstudio.org/

Those youtube downloaders are fixed now and don't work might want to scratch that

there are still sites that can download youtube
the mozilla add-on however is one of them that can't download youtube gives errors the video downloader 1.1.1 i hope they upgrade it since mozilla's latest update of their browser.
