To keep the Web Development Forum clean and helping out everyone at the same time i have made a "What scripts that?" thread, Here is where you can ask what script a site is using or ask for a script for a certain type of site.

Is there a script out there that updates with Expired Domains and shows there PR, etc.

I've seen one and I'm interested in seeing if theres any others out there?

I want to know what kind of script is used @ http://callwave.com/sms to send text messages to any country. Can anyone tell me?
Also, I would be greatful if someone could tell me any other paid or free scripts that send sms in countries like Romania, Hungary, Albania and some other European countries.

that would depend on what you meant. like a order system or a quote system. it could easily be coded by yourself with basic knowledge.

I'd like a script that would automatically catalog car dealerships that were submitted by both location and product. So, for example, you could drill down by make first (by clicking on vehicle Make, then State, then City), or by Location (click State first, then City, then Make).

It should allow dealers to submit information on their dealership, hours, description, all makes offered, whether they also sell used cars, provide repairs, body shop, parts...

And, of course, should be entirely crawlable by the search engines.

Any ideas?

I'm looking for a script that acts like Digg, but instead of people linking to the articles of others, they are writing up their own articles and having people rate them (like "Digg" them). If they get dugg enough then they end up on the front page listing, if not, they stay in the sidebar list of articles like Digg does.

Is there a script like this out there?

So basically, you want an article script with digg type ratings?

I am sure some CMS'es out there will have an addon or modification to implement a digg like system.

Yes, but I've been going down the CMS route with a developer. It will cost considerably more to do a Drupal type system than if I can find a clone already made, that would work. There is no out of the box add-on for a good CMS I've seen that will do this. If someone here is a CMS guru that thinks they could whip something up for me, let me know.

I'm looking for a script that works like Tribe.net, or like Yahoo Groups, or similar, where people can set up groups on the fly and others can join them. I like how on Tribe.net that there is a social networking aspect to it.

Anyone ever see anything liek this?

Not interested in Drupal's Organic Groups, as it does not offer enough functionality.

Price isn't that big of a concern. I'm just looking for something that won't give me a lot of headache down the line.

Features and support are important.

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a script -- or perhaps rather a CMS -- where users can submit articles, comment, and has a built-in news aggregator where users can comment on the various news articles.

I've looked into Drupal but am unsatisfied. Would really like to see a script geared towards the above description over shaping a CMS.
