Need your Opinion guys.
I've got a problem with my Paid to Post site: hyip-forum.com. The paid to post offer is eating up so much cash, but if I cancel it, people will stop coming to the site.

I'm debating whether to cancel the offer or not, and if I do, what should I do to attract more members?

Well, now you can advertise and say. "Over 500 members and 2500 posts".
You have a nice member and posting base.
Just advertise that around.

Mylot.com would be a great place to advertise your paid to post site, just tell them how populiar your forum is, and you can make alot of ads.
