Looking for absolute best directory script
I'm looking for a directory script (preferably PHP) that is top-notch in terms of design flexibility, user control, administration, and in particular the ability to have contextual ads placed for high conversion. Also, need the ability to be able to allow users to pay for upgraded listings/positions.

I'm not worried about the cost.

Any ideas?

Is this script easy to ad adsense ads to in good spots?

Are there more templates available than show up on the site (just 3 from the company and one other form someone else)?

There are Mods for everything including adsense and free templates are every where.

Thanks. Is there an easier to browse area for templates than to just click through the forums? Usually there is some sort of theme browser.
