Script installation via control panel

Hello guys. I am just new to websites installation and I was wondering if there are any good sites that offer tutorials or videos on how to install scripts via control panel?

Thanks!

Which control panel? If it's Cpanel, then your host may already have Fantastico installed.

Yup it is cpanel. I want to install a directory script and found most tutorials very confusing even is I followed the instruction that came with the script.

Could you link us to the script, so we know what's required.
