Blog or Digg?
If you were starting a new site with sections of good articles, videos and pictures, then wanted to have some content on the index that would allow for news items (internal & external) would you use a blog, or a Digg clone (pligg for example)?

Looking for feeback. I'd like some sort of combination of wordpress and pligg, but I don't think it exists.
