Script or Template to sell Scripts or Ebooks?

I'm pretty sure I've seen something like this before, perhaps even on this site.

A script or template that easily sets up the layout of those sites that sell Scripts or Ebooks.

An example is something like this site:
http://www.golfcanbeasimplegame.com/

I'm in no way affiliated with the above site, it was just recently posted in the For Sale section, so it was the most immediate example to grab.
