Greetings!
I'm looking for someone interested in helping develop a website. To let you know right from the start - this is just a fun project that may or may not amount to much. I am a filmmaker by trade but also venture into numerous other creative realms from advertising, music, design and marketing (my website has it all so you can check my credibility). This website is yet another concept I'm hoping to develop into an exciting and bizarre experience. I'm looking for someone to help with both the technical side of getting the thing off the ground as well as developing more ideas of how to make it more interactive (in the vain of MySpace, The Onion and Nerve). Also, any other creative imput you would like is welcome. I'm fairly easy going.
Here's the basic concept with a few main points left out because not all the copyright stuff is completed yet: It's basically a "Chamber of Commerce" website for religious locations and fuses parody news articles, travel adventures and lifestyle tips with fun graphics and social commentary. I would ideally like it to become a community website but that's a big commitment to whoever decides to join me on this project so we can discuss the realities of what can be accomplished versus what my crazy mind wants to accomplish with it. The main format of the page has been visually designed and I have a template posted online that I will show interested folks to give you an idea of what I'm after.
Obviously I won't be neurotic about time commitment or schedule since anyone who joins in on this is doing it for the fun of it. So if anyone out there is interested in doing a bizarre and fun project with the freedom to go wild drop me a line and I'll fill you in on everything else.
