· #1 | | NamePros Regular Name: Rich Location: East Coast USA Join Date: Mar 2005 | Adsense Site or Parking????? I have a few domains that have done fairly well in the past with uniques etc......
I have been thinking about wehther I should park these or maybe throw up some ad sense sites?????
Currently I have 90% of my domains just pointing at my other developed sites. I think this is kind of a waste..
What do you guys do with your domains?? Do you just let them sit or what????? These particular domains I would like to develope eventually so they are not really for sale. I would like to make a few bucks for now if possible...
I am a hosting reseller so throwing them up onto a server will not cost me a dime really...
What would you all do?? Ad sense? Parking? Something else???
Thanks |

| I would say park. AdSense doesn't really ammount to much compared to parking it at SEDO or something. I would park it! |

I figure if I did a content filled adsence site or maybe a few and then if I maybe promoted one of them with a small ad words campaign and linked them all together I would do ok?? That was the plan anyways.....
I will have to try both... anymore ideas and feedback on this?? |

| I would say an adsense site would be better in the long run, you will earn more per click but you will need to create the content.

· #6 | | NamePros Member | I have a few parked domains, and I wish I had used AdSense on them now. I think it all depends on what the name is, and how popular it will be. |

| I am still not sure I understand how to make a decision between AdSense vs Parking. For example, what would you do with "carinsuranceagent.net" ?This is no big deal name but last month it got 97 (29 from North America, 64 from Asia) uniques and this month so far it has 26 (18 from North America 6 from Europe). Earnings = ZERO!
So how do you know if it would do better with AdSense? Is there a way to tell? or do you just try it.
Thanks for any insight you can give. |

| 3 pages or mini site with perfect placement of adsense or ypn , with lil bit of continent , you wont just have clicks but you will be building traffic, pr, and good placement in search engin <--if it is SEOed good
BUT if you got a type in domain with good daily traffic , you can do parking too but depend on th ename and what keywords that payes good
but i do prefer option one
