Recently, I found out that gameztown have tooken Imagelime's name and bought the domain ImgLime.com and use that to develop a site out of it. Do you think it is ethical to do that. I don't think so and I am quite pissed at him. Please post your opinions here. Thanks.
Hi please check your PM i did not make the site to take your traffic remember people will type "image" more then "img" so you will be getting most of my traffic.
I dont think you have the right to say that.
its like You owning tinyurl.com and saying url.com shouldnt exist because it sounds like your domain.
This thread is just POINTLESS!.
Thank you.
I rest my case
Actualy imagelime is much different. Its not like he are saying imagelime.com and image.com are comparable, he is saying the "lime" part is. I mean he practically zestnetworks logo and everything.
Sad things happening in this world. Really sorry about that zestnetwork. I hope you can resolve this and no legal matters are taken.
Thanks,
Camron

I agree with Stackedtech, I branded my lime with Zest and Lime and now you just use imglime.com just to think that are affilated with Zest Technologies in anyway. I have PMed you what you have to put at the bottom. Hope you will use it. Gimeimages, I never said you can't use lime, it is just that he was USING the same word (abbr.), same kind of site like I have made. Very unethical I still think.

I dont agree that he should put it, its going to be like advertising imagelime, he has his rights too so you have to put imagelime is not affilated with imglime if he puts "imglime aint with imagelime".
