Looking for business partner for big project!

Hello!

I'm about to make a movie hosting site - I've allready started on writing the script, and it is in it's early alpha stages (it works, but need to be improved). This site is going to be built on a unique concept for video hosting. But because i work 2 jobs, I dont have the time to do this all by my self.

I got the domain name, the design is almost ready - And the script is under development. I also got hosting thats good enough for the launch of this site.

What i need is someone who is fully interested in making this site - And are willing to invest some money in making this possible [Promoting, hire coder(s)?, and server fees after a while] (I will invest as well)

Since english isn't my primary language i prefer that my future partner is from either USA or UK - Or is pretty damn good at english.

Some knowledge about PHP and Java scripting.

whats movie hosting?
where people can host video files?

If so i ain't sure its a good idea as lots of movies aren't legal.
