worth developing - please give your input

is whatsite.info worth developing? if i were to develop this domain it would be a search engine/directory. registered sites would be put into the directory, and given a description page. for example one directory could be sports>basketball>fansites or sports>baseball>forums etc etc. if i were to develop this, how much would you guess it would be worth and/or how much revenue from adsense(what ballpark). is this domain worth developing? personally i think it could be a popular site because i cannot remember how many times i ask myself whatsite would be good for XXX or what would be good for XXX.

well I can't really say how much it would be worth, it al depends on design, and incoming visitors etc. But I will take a stab at a random guess, my estimate would be mid $xxx.

I'd develop it and work on a nice design for it, then I'd market the h*ll out of it. It will take a bit of time to get where you want to go with it but in the end your efforts should pay off.
