I downloaded the templates that were posted here i few days ago ....well how would you install it . I know sonds real dumb but I would like to know anyway...lol someone help please

If there the ones I think they where, you'll need Winzip to unzip the files...

Also you will need PhotoShop to edit and slice them. You will also need to put hyperlinks on it to other pages. In other words you will still need to do alot of design it is just a template to get you started. On a side note there alot of talented people here that will do it for you for $ or NP$.

You have a long way to go. Contact me if you want me to guide or help with the rest of the development.

You dont need winzip if you have a windows xp os ( i think that 2000 and later also)

You have to decompress the files then edit the template in photoshop. After that you have to cut the template. next you have to export it into a gazillion pictures then code it to fit nicely.

Anyway just let me know if you need more help.

Nope its just Windows XP... Windows 2000 doesn't come with it.

That is what I thought. You dont need a program to decompress a zip file. You can just open it up and copy it to your desktop or something.
