Need visitors
Hey, perhaps this is obvious but I how do I get traffic to my website? I've tried submitting the URL to google a number of times but it's just not happening. Some people say that if I get a link put onto a popular website, I will be indexed but I can't just ask some random webmaster to put my link on his site. I have a link on this site but still no indexing! I have also used some "submit your site to over 20 search engines" website but still no visitors! Please help

Those site submittal things don't do any good
Link exchanges are good.
http://www.autohits.dk is good too. But be prepared to get some spam.

Sumbitting your site to often to search engines could make them unhappy, If you have links from other sites pointing to yours the search engines will find you eventually. Advertising is always the best way to get visitors, or likn exchanges with other sites in a related field as your own.

when did you submit your site? it will take a while for google to crawl ur site.
