Calling All Template Designers!

I recently regged TemplateReselling.com and I came up with a semi-good idea for it. Here's what I have come up with so far, although it needs some work.

Hire 1-3 designers who will make templates to display for sale. Offer membership to people for a monthly cost of ****, allow them to download new ones every month and such. The designers will be paid every month according to how many templates they have put up. I haven't come up with the actual numbers yet but they'll be pretty good. Also I was thinking of offering custom designs where I can promote the site and people can purchase them straight from the designer and such.

Yea nice, maby u whant to be part of the network i am setting up.
my team is bizzy on the site engine sites suspected to go online
in march. suspected we have our own server for all site so we also are talking about hosting company.

I would take it another level and pay them a % per download. Because if I put up 100 templates and only 1 is downloaded then it isn't fair if I get as much somone who has 5 templates and has them all downloaded several times.

Im not sure but I think you just said that you should pay by commission. I think thats what she is going to do. Bah I just came so i can give the money to cass but o well lol im bored im gonna go make a design.

customb, they have to be quality templates before they are put up, so you can't just throw together 500 templates and then get paid for 500 templates.. so it is pretty fair.
