topsite scripts

I am looking to create a site using a topsites script but im not sure which one to use. I have tried 2 so far and both have been buggy.

Im just curious if anyone has used any they recommend?

Im after a free one too

Well, looks like I need some more information

What language can your server support (and you want to use), how many top lists do you want (1 to infinity), etc...

Let me know nd I would love to help out.
