Login page help!

OK, ive just added a members section on my site (its a wip, dont expect good code) and ive made a simple login form and vbscript page that validates the user, there are 3 problems,
1: Document.Write dosnt work in firefox so if possible use a different command
2: When you click login you get taken to a white page and nothing happenes
3: If you could make a .mdb database for the users that would be great, ATM there is only 1 username/password combination.

can anyone help me? as you can see the only username password combo ATM is "Username" and "Password", if you could make a .mdb to fix that it would be great but mainly I would like it to work in Firefox and just work in general. Please make a .ZIP of the fixed files and tell me the URL, either that or just post the code here. Please help.
