osCommerce or PHPshop

I'm looking at starting a small online store to sell some homemade products. What should use? osCommerce or mambo/phpshop? Is there advantages to one over the other. Are they both secure?

I also have a Php-shop with Mambo and I was a Documentation editor for the Mambo-Php-shop Project. That is why I would Recommend the OsCommerce APP
Why Php-shop is still not stable enough for most applications.
whereas Oscommerce and its many variants (Creloaded and others) are very stable

I downloaded phpshop, oscommerce and creloaded. I've installed them all to play around with them a bit. The one thing I don't know is, what is the difference between osCommerce and Creloaded? They appear to be prettymuch the same.
