I'm a little confused, so I am going to ask for some more information. Firstly, what language is the script? CGI, PHP?

I also don't know how experienced you are so I will ask a few basic questions.

Do you have hosting and FTP access?

Do you have a domain pointing to the name servers of the host?

Do you know how to login to an FTP account?

Save The Children
You need to buy a hosting account.

After thats all set-up, you then upload your script to the site and it should then show up on the website.

Royalty Hosting is an unknown quantity at this point

Get a hosting plan (Windows or Linux depending the language of the script) as well as a domain name. Upload your script through FTP using your program or a built-in web file manager. Once that is done, follow the Readme included with the script.

That's about it!
Good Luck
