I need a website designed and hosted. It will have to have a sequel backend because I will be taking orders and forwarding to the provisioning department of a broadband company.

Any suggestions where to start?

Am working on a small fixed budget, but can also provide a small percentage of income. Product has huge demand and website would be one of the first of it's kind.

Are you looking for someone to do you site or you will do that ?
For host I advise you to go for a company that that has 24/7 support, Phon support much better cause you can contact the company anytime you want for what ever problems or questions that you mifgt have. Second try starting small since you have a small budget. Then work your self up. Try picking a company that will allow you to expand, if your business grows big. Uptime, ask the host of there uptime and I mean ask.. all the questions that you might have.
