Take a look at my first real site?

My only goal is to get a lot of hits. Pretty pathetic, I know, but I consider this practice for bigger things.

Any comments on my ads/design/idea/likely success or not/ would be very helpful.

Any advise to make it more likely to get more hits?

hi dude simpe site but too many adds on such a simple site but i like the way u placed the google ad right under the header making it look like the links for site navigation. and u need to get rid of the BCD...Z alphabets seen in bold right after last bibo is found under A it looks way too stretched in the vertical direction . And white background is old choose some decent dark color or maybe light color.

Pretty plain. I agree that the white should go. Also add the A thru Z links to the bottom of the page as well so that the viewers don't have to scroll to the top again to go to a different letter. And get rid of the vertical B thru Z at the bottom.
