Before starting advertising it, make sure you make some rules and F.A.Q ! In order to have a quickly populated forum, I would strongly suggest you launch some offers for your new members so they will want to join as they will get free money from it:

So make sure you make a good and informative post (try to explain everything and be professional) With a bit of luck and experience , you will have at least 100 registered members for the first three days (My Previous Paid To Post Forum Had 5000 Members for the first week , this because of the high rates)

After you have reached at least a member base of 1000 (normally it will take you 2-3 weeks) then you will have to open a special section on your forum with the title “Verified Programs” where you will list all the current paying programs. The problem is how will you find those programs? Simply go to InvestDaddy.com and check which the best HYIP Program is at the moment.
