Read before Posting! Rules for Webmaster Tutorials Section


Thanks for checking out the Webmaster Tutorials section on NamePros.

Please read the following guidelines and rules before posting a thread in this section.

1) You can post your tutorials in this section if they are written by you. We surely look forward to sharing and contributing of your knowledge or tips with all our community members. No matter how small the tip is, it might come in handy for people looking for it. So don't feel shy about it and post your tips

2) You can post good tutorials that you have found someplace else and are not written by you but please check if it is legal to copy that tutorial and post it here. If yes then also please do mention the source from where you have copied that tutorial.

3) Copying tutorials from someplace else and then posting it as your own tutorial is not allowed and your thread will be deleted and you might get warning points for it.

4) No Advertising in this section. If you have a tutorial for sharing then post that tutorial. Please don't paste links that go to your personal blogs or website where that tutorial is hosted. This is not tutorial repository, it is just for the tips and tricks to make a webmaster's life easier.

5) Tutorial writing services, tutorials wanted requests this all should be posted in For Sale / Advertising section.

6) Freebies should go into Free Resources section.

8) Criticizing or questions and comments are allowed. Insults are not allowed.

9) Comments like "Oh wow", "Thanks", "Nice", "Great" should be kept to minimum. If you have liked what is posted then please encourage the poster by giving him some rep points, that is what they are for.

10) Lets make this section cool and polite and try to contribute towards making it a good and useful resource for all kind of webmasters even if they are advanced or just starting out.

If I have missed some points then please do let me know.
