   | Looking at a new host. My current one has been acting up on me as of late so I'm looking into other webhosting services if I can't get the problem fixed. Let's get straight down to business, shall we? Here's what I'm looking for (or fairly close too, at least): Storage Space: 1GB (for now, this will be hopefully grow into a bigger number as my main website is an image database). ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/web-hosting-requests/580843-looking-at-a-new-host.html Bandwidth: I need at least 15-20GB of bandwidth at the moment. My main website averages out at 5-10GB of bandwidth a month but it has been known to spike sometimes. PHP and MySQL Support: This is a must, preferably with the latest versions. MySQL Databases: I need roughly 15-20 databases and e-mail accounts (like the bandwidth, this is a "for now" thing). Currently I use 9 and because a lot of the features I plan on having implemented into my main site use PHP and MySQL I will need more. E-mail Accounts: At least 10. Domains: I need at least 5 addon and sub-domains. I'm looking for competitive prices and I apologise if what I'm asking for is "too much". I've been so used to a limitless (or at least "a lot") of all of those resources (not storage space and bandwidth though, naturally) that I may sound like I'm asking for too much. My main website is an image database and is somewhat popular now, I also run a community forum (not as popular though, uses jack-all bandwidth and runs on IPB) and I am currently in the design stages of a personal blog/online portfolio. All help is greatly appreciated. EDIT: Just like to note something I should have before. I'd much prefer to pay directly via credit card than through PayPal (I can't pay through PayPal).

| well technically unmetered bandwidth is possible depending on the datacenters bandwidth providers, you can sometimes work out deals with your datacenter to provide you "unmetered" amount at a certain price (usually pretty high) or its a host that buys hundreds of megs of bandwidth at a discount rate and is willing to take the risk of a loss, but this would only be the case in a rather large company. Unmetered diskspace is physically impossible since you are physically limited to the size of drive in your server. |
