Bandwidth: 250 GB (Approx)
Memory: 128 MB

Why don't you try US located one? More reach choice, cheaper prices and you will not lose in quality. If you can think of US hosts - keep in mind Serverpoint.com offerings. We will be more then happy serve you

I know this is a bit more than you were looking for, but I have hosting with MidnightSoftware.co.uk and I have found the uptime/reliability and customer service to be excellent.

Their bronze Windows VPS hosting has a bit more than what you are looking for:
