Is there any RELIABLE and FAST proxy hosting available? I don't need much of resources at the moment, but I need the possibility to expand the hosting in time.

Resources needed:

100 mb of hard drive.
20gb of BW.
Unlimited other stuff. (I will not play with addon domains and other stuff limits, so I say no thanks for them)

It's just an easy php proxy, that has like 1000-2000 users per month and not so much revenue, so I won't take also huge prices. Give me your offer. Currently I'm using hagiohost, but it's very slow.
