I might be interested, but do you mind me asking why you need shell access? It's just we don't normally offer it in case the user did something he/she did not want to do.

| Sorry VPS would be correct
I purchased the Domain Trader script that is a Auction-parking site rolled into one. and this is one of the requirements (shell OR root) access.
Unfortunatly I have a Windows VPS that may run the script but thought it would perform better on a linux system

Okay, you meant VPS. Then, I can't really offer anything to you :P. But usually all VPS come with root access.
I recommend creativeVPS. I used them personally a few months ago, and I found that they were a great host. Great support, uptime was pretty good too. But when I was with them, they seemed to have a lot of hardware issues. That might just because I had bad luck.
However I recommend them based on their support. A lot of my tickets were answered in 15 minutes.
