What I am asking is what are you planning to put on it. Like a digg type software or the traffic amount digg gets?

Usually the "digg effect" refers to a site which gets a large amount traffic coming from digg all at once.

I'll be putting a anime site using a blog script called wordpress. It is a streaming site linking videos from 3rd parties such as youtube, veoh etc... I just want a server that can survive from the digg effect. Budget is 200NP$ per month
