Webdummie Without Dns

How I can have my domain-name resolve to a nameserver and one-page web for between $12 /year to free/year with no ads or popups?

I purchased a .PRO domain name, its only purpose is to resolve to a one page web picture of an aunt with the domain name in text. I can’t have pop-ups or ads, as it would offend her, and the purpose is instead to be a pleasant surprise. I expect 5 to 50 hits a MONTH (Not a popular aunt ).

Best I can figure, Encirca wants $49 for forwarding .PRO domains. If forwarding was free, I wouldn’t be posting a question as I could frame it to a page on one of my webs.

Nevertheless, I changed the name server on the .PRO temporarily to domainhop as that change is free and I wanted to see if it could be done.

How I can have my domain resolve to a nameserver and one-page web for between $12 /year to free/year with no ads or popups?????

I don't get it...
make a new page on your site and make it foward to that page

How can I do that? My domains are either my one page free-hosted sites such as www.hole.info, photo-sites I set up for freinds as www.liff.net, or sent to affiliates. Regardless, I don’t control the host or server.

Can the webdummie do it and I don’t know it?

I wanted to first ask board members if I am even asking the correct question.

Also, I thought I would get a more objective response in a public post than in an E-mail from a vendor.

Still, it maybe done for free (it is only a 42k jpg & index file

). I have found an official hosting plan at $1.98 per month that I think my request falls in and a PM to do it for $10.

Thanks again for your response.

Any other thoughts?
