Well, short story is im looking for hosting for a new project im trying to get started. The problem is that i have been having a few troubles as most places i try use automated systems and i seem to have an issue with them. Each time i get to the paypal part it asks for a credit card because it says its a 'subscription' service or whatever. So basically, im looking for a host that can give me what i need to be able to get around that whole paypal issue. i still want to pay via paypal. my guess is either manual account creation or something.

anyway, im after about 1gb of space and 5gb bandwidth to start with. Please respond if you can provide any deals for me.
