Is the backup server redundant in case of any drive failures?
Answer: Yes! The data is actually stored on RAID6 (N+2 redundancy) volumes, and the servers use redundant power supplies fed from diverse sources.

Can I backup multiple servers to this account?
Answer: Absolutely. You can backup each server to different directories in the account. Each account can be rsync'd separately.

How long do you keep the data?
Answer: Data is kept based on your own policy. Most people configure backups to delete old volumes every 'x' number of days.

Is a control panel included?
Answer: A minimal web-based control panel is available for checking disk quotas or changing your password. The panel will also include documentation on configuration of your backups.

What other protocols are available to backup my server?
Answer: SSH/SFTP/FTP/RSYNC are available for every account.

I have cPanel but I don't have root access. How do I backup my data?
Answer: cPanel provides a full backup with remote upload via FTP. We will help you configure it if needed as well as delete data every so many days.
