When you were looking for clients this is the right place, and now when client is having a problem this isn't the right place? I dind't send any email directly, I went to support but can't send any, then I send message in support link in main page (it's the mail I'm talking about), it was succesfull but got no response, that's why I posted in here. If not here, where else?
