Q: Do you allow public or private proxies (including web proxies) on your vps, dedicated, or colocation services?
A: Yes, we do

Q: What payment types do you accept?
A: We accept both Paypal and Credit Cards

Q: Do you allow any IRC servers or IRC bots to be hosted on your vps, dedicated, or colocation services?
A: At this time, we do not support such things

Q: Do you outsource your support?
A: We do not, we have on-site techs only. When we first opened, we did have out of state technicians but as we grew we managed to create a more local employee base.

Q: What is the average setup time?
A: Our goal is to get you online within the hour, however for credit card payments we verify & manually charge them to eliminate fraud. This can take a few extra hours.

Q: What virtualization software do you use?
A: We use OpenVZ along with HyperVM for the fastest and easiest management.

Q: What is the speed of our network?
A: We currently have full duplex 100Mbps connection to each vps node, dedicated server, and colocation server.

Q: Where is your servers located, geographically?
A: All our servers are colocated in the Infinity Internet datacenter in Portland, Oregon. Our office is 14 min away from the facility allowing 24/7 keycard access to each of our techs at any time.

Yes, you can use an echeck/bank transfer on signup, however your account will not be processed and setup until the payment has settled into our account.

Bandwidth prices are quoted in chunks (100gb, 200gb, 300gb, etc). Let me know how much extra you need and I can get you a quote for it.
