Actaully, it -is- metered - most datacentres will not be happy with the server owner if s/he is using an exessive amount of bandwidth.

Lets say that my site uses about 2 terrabytes of data a day.

As far as this goes, that is "unlimited" or unmetered, so I can use that amount of bandwidth with no problems - there IS NO SUCH THING as "unlimited" bandwidth/space/ect, and any host that states this is not giving you the whole truth - so there is no point in buying "unlimited" hosting as there will be a time when your limit occurs.

it is metered, but you get a nonspending limit on your account so you can use up how much space you want without affecting the server.

That doesn't sound too bad for $14/mo I suppose.
But say you hosted someone that went through about 5 terrabytes of bandwidth per month, do you think the datacenter would get a little PO'ed at you?

Unlimited sets alarm bells ringing in any well web educated buyer, if you want to try selling "unlimited" this and "unlimited" that try ebay.

I don't think you will have any luck here as unlimited makes me run a mile.

Now, if your server has an unlimited hard drive etc, poke me in the eye with a blunt stick and tell me where me can get me one

well 2 bad things there, one is whats already been said, basically saying peeps can use as much space and bandwidth as they want and the other only 90.916% uptime...never seen any web host offer below 99%

Yea i want one account and will put 1 gb of data and make 1000000 copies of the same in different folders. Would that be ok ?

i think i should have stated that the server hold 250gb space/ 500gb bandwidth
i guess i should delete this heh.
The downtime is because of transfering to diffrent servers, first i had a reseller then i switched to a godaddy with plesk cpanel , which i didnt want so now i am on a cpanel server.
