Extra space on my server ~ Going cheap!

I'm currently paying for a large, high-quality VPS from Servint. It's fully equipped with cPanel and is only hosting a couple sites so it's very fast. Servint has daily backups and uses Hot-Spare drives which mean 0 downtime. So where am I going with this?

I have TONS of extra space/bandwidth which I'm not using. There's no point in waisting all these extra resources, so I'm looking to host some people. I don't have to pay the many expenses of a hosting company so my prices are very cheap. I'm online every day and can provide excellent customer service with any problems or questions you may have.

You would get access to WHM (you could resell the hosting if you wanted) and can host unlimited websites, mySQL databases, email accounts, etc.
