Reliable Reseller Hosting Cpanel

I am looking for a reliable reseller hosting package, ideally from a big reliable company, who provide guarantees on uptime or your money back.
I have been with a ivhosting from a year, and the service has been really bad, with the server being very very slow and for 9 months phpmyadmin didn't work properly. the server has been down for up to 8-10 hours a day and he is not willing to offer any refunds or anything.
There i am looking for a descent reliable host ideally one that can be trusted and has been around for some time.

Would anyone recommend hostgator?
I am looking for minimum 1GB but most give about 3gb Space, also around 35gb Bandwidth, with shared ssl.

I was just about to signup with hostgator but i found it isn't possible to send out newsletters to lots of people..

can someone recommend a company who doesn't have these limits?

I have recently signed up with Clook.net, and extremely happy with the service.

You can set up cron jobs for email, i don't think there is a limit. You can ask though in the pre-sales forum (clook.info). That's what i did, and they answered every question i fired at 'em.
