Help on: back up and restore database


I'm a newbie, could anyone please help.

Reason for me to do this is that i have a small ecard website. and server im hosting with was down last time... and everything is gone. I just install everything back on again, and everything need to start all over. Yeah i know its suck.

Please help me.

well if you have cPanel there should be a backup option, you can backup all your files and databases... If you don't have cPanel I can't help ya that much, sorry.

Thanks for replying. YES, i do have cPanel, but i cant find a backyp button any where.

I just wrote that tutorial. It was based on vBulletin but if you have any sense you should be able to suit it for your needs!
