I think that every web hosting company has unique web hosting accounts. If you would like to learn more about certain web hosting company I think that you need to ask them personally about that.

I do not want to say anything wrong about your potential provider, but in the most cases uit is marketing trick

I have over 100 domains and pay $9.95/month at Hostgator. You should find a hosting company such as HostGator that has unlimited domain hosting for the same price as your regular hosting.

You should proabably contact godaddy to find out the most accurate answer to that question

I suppose that would be enough to have a look at the web hosting plan there.

Since this post has been made, GoDaddy has announced that they are up for sale. Given this news, you may wish to look into a different hosting provider (who knows what sort of service the new management will be able to provide)

I fully agree with you. That is the best way to get in touch with them and specify all details.

Things could definitely change there, but who would pay $1 billion to just trash the company afterwards?

I believe you can host 1 domain with the Economy plan, but you can host "unlimited" on the other ones.

Web Hosting Services With GoDaddy, Compare Our Prices

Also note that:

That's a rather serious issue, and I can't imagine what those "decreases in performance" must feel like when the servers speed there is very poor as it is.

I'm not sure of many companies in the industry that could afford the $1B price tag. I think that a company not within this industry will purchase GoDaddy's assets. It will be interesting to see how they can cope with the lack of experience with web hosting and domain registrations. It could easily take a turn for the better or for the worse.

You get what you pay for.

In any case you need to understand what you are buying. That is very important. In any case that is difficult to say what would you get beforehand.

With Godaddy being a sizable company, it surely has the resources and staff talent to keep it afloat for a while. I doubt that Godaddy depends crucially on Bob Parsons' input for its day to day operations.

You're right though that the buyer will probably be more or less new to the industry, and their reasoning for the buyout may imply some changes of direction in the medium term.

Well. In any case I think that is a question related to the web hosting company and that is about relationships between the company and customer. I think they should work on it together.
