I wished to receive my site backup files , instead of files they have broken my site and write that everything is all right...

Then switch if you think they are the cause.

I suppose you are very tolerant customer of them if still using their service. I think nowadays that will not be a problem a t all to switch to another provider.

yes, but they have broken my site and I have corrected their mistake myself , because their specialist could not do it

Out of curiosity, if you have so many problems with startlogic, why do you still host with them?

The same here... Some people think that their web hosting company is only the one in the world and some people just are afraid of moving...
