can any one please recommend me good windows hosting provider with reseller plans on offer

When I think of windows providers with reseller hosting packages, for some reason Cartika and Jodohost come to mind.

You might want to research some more H-sphere based hosts: H-Sphere Hosts - The best please to find H-Sphere based hosting.

What are the requirements you have? Actually that is discussin section and no one is allowed to post offers. If you post the same in the web hosting requests I'm sure you will be able to get few direct offers
