Setting Automatic Parked Pages for Domains

Is it possible to make to automatically have domains registered through WHMCS make a parked page for the domain without making a hosting package?

To clarify:

Say I register mydomain.com. I want a parked page to be displayed for it until I setup a hosting account for the domain.

It depends on the registrar. I know that Moniker allow default DNS (which would solve your problem), although they aren't integrated into WHMCS (I've created a custom solution via the Moniker API)

However ask your registrar if they allow for default DNS - that's the only way you can do this IMO

I use Enom, which supports default DNS. I have all domains that I register point to my nameservers. To create the parked page, is there something I need to do with WHM? Or do I just setup a hosting account with WHM just for parking and make each new registered domain an addon domain to that account?
