LunarPages Support = Poor

For about a month now I've had multiple support tickets open, phone calls, etc, with LunarPages trying to get them to have one of their customer's sites STOP sending me automated emails a dozen times a day.

Now I'm on the phone again (I thought they were toll-free before, now they're not?) and on hold... gonna yank their teeth out if they ever answer the phone...

Anyone know a better way to get straight to a person?

Phone from the whois is not working? I'm assuming that is the best way to find out how they can be contacted

The best place to contact about an issue like this would be abuse@lunarpages.com. If you could, contact them and then feel free to reply back with the ticket number (or send it to me at mitch.keeler@lunarpages.com) and we will be sure to get this taken care of for you.

You can also submit a ticket manually to our help desk here, in case you have issues with e-mail.
