limitations

Each glowhost VPS has its own private CPU, RAM, bandwidth and disk space limits.
Do all VPS deals have the same restrictions?

That's pretty much standard, whether stated publicly or not. Therein lies the downside to a VPS; you are still sharing the hardware, and therefore it still must be limited.

Each server (hardware) is being divided into the the vps using different technologies. At that is standard. I wonder if you might have any specific questions?

All VPSes will have the RAM limitation. Then most VPS companies will limit CPU in some way (you'll usually get an equal share, but there'd be measures in place to then ensure that you don't use up more than your fair share).

Disk space is limited by actual space and inode limit.

And bandwidth is always sold as part of the package, so yes that's limited.

If there are no limitation that would be unlimited, but unlimited is something that does not exist

I believe that is the main idea of the web hosting at all as the hardware sources are limited any virtual parts VPS or shared accounts should be limited as well

Glowhost is fair with their clients as for limits they have on their VPS deals.
That's quite natural as nobody provides unlimited VPS deals.

the only thing that doesnt have a limit is a dedicated server, you are renting the whole server here instead of just a small space from the server.

But still a VPS is a good solutions for the web masters who have no money for buying a dedicated server.
Glowhost offers them cheaply enough to be used from them with no hesitations in their reliability and stability.
