Proxy accounts from hqhost.net

Has anyone used the hqhost.net for proxy accounts?
They want 20 dollars per year - this looks cheap... Should I look for more or all I need is signi up?

Do you really think they're making money charging $20 year?

Would depend on the server specs and package specs to see if they are really making any money. That seams pretty cheap for proxy hosting so it probably is either oversold or unreliable

Even at a psaltery sum of $75/month on a basic dedicated server would take 45 such accounts to break even on a yearly basis. If you make that a VPS, it's much worse. You're talking rather serious resource consumption with proxy hosting.

As an aside, I am a little confused with what the OP said. I took a look at the website, and I don't see a specifically proxy hosting package. I do see a VPN/Proxy hosting plan at $20/month? I don't mean to insult the OP's intelligence, but maybe there is a misunderstanding here?

Yeap. I would agree. He is talking about account not hosting for proxies.

Yeah, seems you have confused VPN and proxy.

As for their proxies... I know hqhost.net as a quality provider (have had hosting experience) and thus I may suppose their proxies are also very nice, in terms of quality.

However some people say their VPN connections are too slow...
