| Need help immediatley! I received this message from my host.
During the last 24 hours SiteGround has detected that the site hosted on your account filterhater.com has overloaded the server several times. This makes your account potentially dangerous for the other users hosted on our standard shared server. The cause of the problem is that the scripts in your site launch many php processes which are consuming high percentage of the system's cpu and memory.
To protect the server performance and the customers' websites hosted on this server we had to disable the web access to the application creating the overload. This means that this application will not be accessible until the problem is resolved.
In order to have your application re-activated you need to optimize it so that it no longer creates the server load. Please reply to the ticket posted on this issue. We will then enable the access to your application from your IP only so that you can optimize it. If this problem with your application is not resolved in 7 days we may need to SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT.
What can I do to resolve this?? I need to do this asap, please if you can help then tell me what to do! THANKS! |

· #2 | | NamePros Regular | This is an issue one faces when on a shared hosting environment. You can have a check with your host support to see if they can give a hand in optimizing your software application. Or you can contact your software developer regarding this to see anything can be done to improve the site performance. |

| Well, first you need your host's help. Have them nail down what is causing the high load so that you'll know what to look at. It could be anything from bad code to a website that has just simply outgrown a shared environment. There isn't much else to tell you at this point, because there is so little information.
Make the host do what you pay them to do! |

| i assume this file serve.php does all the work and server loading, if you can rewrite it so it will cache the results and actually query the database every hour or longer. |
