I currently run two large forums dedicated to console hacking and homebrew (no warez). We are currently on an un-managed Linux server that none of us know how to work. We are looking to move to a managed dedicated server but I am having trouble finding a reliable company. We were previously with webhosting.cx (SH), which was great, but they did not provide us with enough bandwith. Someone recommended Ion-Web and we ordered a server with them but they never got back with us. Offshore servers might be nice as well. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
Can you please explain in more regards what exactly have you been looking to have hosted there?

Our forums run on vBulletin and are dedicated to the PlayStation 2 & 3 and Nintendo Wii homebrew hacking scenes. Our PlayStation site has been online for six years. We have around 50,000 members. Traffic is pretty high but I'm not sure how much bandwith we need because, since the server is down, I can't check our recent usage.
Exmasters looks pretty good. I'll look into them further. Any other suggestions?
I'd recommend you managed dedis from AYKsolutions.com. They provide them a lot *Nix\Win based. Price range is flexible depending on the dedi you choose.
Have a look at the downtownhost.com. The friend of mine jave been using their shared web hosting. And I have to say that he looks happy for the last 3 years being with them.
AYKsolutions.com - great choice. I have heard quite alot about their dedicated servers. But I would recommend their managed dedicated servers.

I don't think that many web hosts would be happy to host forums that aim to provide hacks for popular gaming trademarks. You'd better go to host in countries that do not work hard to protect copyright. Otherwise you might have some troubles with the law.

I suppose you might be interested in solutions provided by Ahosting.biz. They have both managed and unmanaged servers, for affordable pricing. The downtime is extremely rare event, however the customer support is of high rate. Take a look, I think its worth.
As I understand Exmasters.com is good for adult hosting, I didn't know that they can be used for other kinds of hosting.
Do they provide any discounts?

Fully managed dedis A2hosting.com provides. All servers come with redundant hard drives (RAID-1) and remote management consoles to ensure the highest uptimes. Low prices is one more pleasant feature to stick to them.
I think the OP is way outside the realm of Shared hosting. I think he's pretty firmly planted in the dedicated market. Downtownhost is a good host though.
