Watch out for Hostony (a nasty overseller) .. may of my members have some problems. But i guess it all matters on what you are hosting

What kind of content are you going host. You know in 95% linux web host is more then good for that.

I'd recommend Windows hosting from ServerPoint.com. Windows 2003 and 2008 are available from them. Price range is rather low comparing to the other companies.

Serverpoint.com offers windows web hosting on their VPS servers... But seems that OP is needed shared account. So for that I would recommend ASPnix.com better

I 've noticed Sibername.com has also added Free functional SSL certificates to their hosting offers, as well digital certificates for email encryption.

The experience with sibername.com has made me give them extra vote, as for good hosting provider. I suppose this is one of the companies which can be called 'reliable'.
