How long does it take to get set up? I have not heard from them yet. I signed up last Thursday, prepaid for a year etc...anyone know?

As rule this issue is being annonced on the web hosting site. And once you don't get what you have paid for - you can ask for money back. But first of all invistigate the reason of that.
